Covid-19 Policy

Majamaja Helsinki Covid-19 Policy

YOUR SAFETY, HEALTH AND WELLBEING ARE IMPORTANT TO US

We welcome bookings from 1st of July 2021 onwards!

Even though natural social isolation and immersion with clean nature is at the core of your stay at Majamaja Helsinki, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we should all pay even closer attention to cleanliness and hygiene than normal. We are doing everything we can to prevent infections, and you can help with this effort as well. Let’s take care of each other and enjoy life responsibly.

Here are some of the actions we are committed to, in order to prevent the further spread of the Covid-19 virus:

• We follow all local guidelines, best-practice methods and recommendations in regards to healthy and safe accommodation practices.

• We have high standards related to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, and we will make sure your off-grid villa will be professionally cleaned before your arrival.

• There will be complimentary soap and hand sanitizer provided at your villa.

• Our personnel have been given guidelines on what to do if a customer or an employee has contracted Covid-19, or there is reason to suspect an infection.

• During the ongoing pandemic, we recommend not to bring guests from outside your close circle into the villa during your stay.

• If the pandemic is affecting your plans to travel to Majamaja Helsinki, please contact our dedicated concierge service to help find the best possible solution and potential flexibility for the particular case.

Please remember the following during your visit:

• The best way to prevent infections is to ensure good hand hygiene. Wash your hands with water and soap and use hand sanitizer when necessary.

• Avoid handshaking and close contact with people as much as possible.

• When possible, wear a facemask during your journey to and from the villa, and if/when surrounded or in close proximately with other people.

• Cough considerately: cover your mouth and nose with a paper handkerchief when you cough or sneeze. If you do not have a paper handkerchief, sneeze or cough into the upper parts of your sleeves.

• Put used paper handkerchiefs in the recycling bin immediately after use.

• Be responsible and contact our concierge service if you suspect you have contracted Covid-19.

We wish you a safe, healthy and pleasant stay!
